Gnome Panels

Hi all,
Somehow all my gnome-panels dissapeared when I started my laptop today... I
tried going to the help files to remedy this, but I only got to the
following, which didn't really help, since I -had- no panels at all:
Adding a New Panel
To add a panel, right-click on a vacant space on any panel, then choose New
Panel. The new panel is added to the GNOME Desktop. The
new panel contains no objects. You can customize the new panel to suit your
preferences.
Then I found this,
Deleting a Panel
To delete a panel from the GNOME Desktop, right-click on the panel that
you want to delete, then choose Delete This Panel.
You must always have at least one panel in the GNOME Desktop.
If you have only one panel in the GNOME Desktop, you cannot delete that
panel.
Which didn't raise my spirits either, since I clearly had no panels. Only on
the forums did I find out about alt+f2, and "killall gnome-panel".
Could this be added to the help files, that if your panels somehow
dissapeared, you should do the following?
