Not everything we do is TBH so I think it's worthwhile to keep existing
Book/Chapter stuff. However, we should add info on <article>.

Excellent. I think a "Creating Topics" section could be nice. There are
some style considerations I should think.

It seems to me that the style should be the same regardless of DE, but
that's just off the top of my head. If we can think of things that are
DE-dependent that are Style issues then fine.

Wiki is a bit more "visible" (as opposed to finding a link somewhere
down on doc.ubuntu.com) but I think it looks better and more official on
doc.ubuntu.com. I dunno.
