A couple of bugs... and one question

Hi all!

I would like to know if somebody did take a look at these two bugs:

#99463

#99473

And now the question: is somebody working on the basic-commands section
of Ubuntu's guide?

If the answer is no, I would like to update it as I see it a little
different from the whole documentation (talking about style and
presentation of information).
