update of docu translation after feisty's release

Not yet but we certainly need to do updates in this release better than
in the previous one. The main problem is that translator error leads to
an enormous amount of broken documents which we need to fix by hand when
importing the translations.

We will be working on some ways to make the task easier, in particular
by making it possible for us to upload corrected translations to
Rosetta, so that errors don't need to be fixed more than once.

Help with this would be extremely welcome.
