update of docu translation after feisty's release

Hi doc team,

since the translations of the ubuntu-docs, that have been done after the
release of Edgy, haven't yet found it's way to the end user, I would be
interested in the improvements done to the build and deployment process:
The German team is quite small and I have to plan my resources
carefully. Do we have to complete the translation before the release? Is
there a plan when and how to role out updates?
