software RAID and LVM setup

Hi,

I've found the Ubuntu Server guide very useful but one area where it's been
difficult to find guide is Software RAID and LVM setup. I see these as a
joint topic because they will probably be used together in quite a few
server deployments and the server installation doesn't really do a very good
job. e.g. it doesn't install GRUB on more than one drive giving a false
sense of security.

Another area that should be included is the setup of ACL based security.

I hope these topics can be included in the guide.
