[Bug 128370] Document spam filtering in Evolution

Evening,

Going through the process of setting spam filtering it has become
apparent that this bug is slightly confusing, in fact not what it seems.

The plugins included in the current Evolution release only require that
either Bogofilter or SpamAssassin packages are installed in order to
work, then the "learning phase" is done by marking messages as junk.

The link on launchpad is a guide to making both work in tandem, as
Evolution plugins only support one at a time. This is reflected in the
difficulty of configuring SpamAssassin with respect to the Junk folder
(although it is possible, I have done and written the guide).

As Matthew and I discussed earlier, seeing as only Bogofilter is in main
perhaps it would be best to not include a guide to configuring both
systems. This would significantly reduce the size of this documentation
section.

Perhaps the information I've already captured on running both would be
more suited to the wiki?

Dougie
