I think it'd would really help to get people's patches applied if we put [patch]
in the subject of the emails. I find it difficult when scanning through the doc
list to find what emails contain patches. It's especially hard  when it's part
of a thread.

I can try to do what I can while on vacation. I can blog and mentor the
Packaging Guide (which I've already started with TheCore and bluekuja) as I'd
like to more-or-less hand that over.
