Start and End Slides, Take 4

[Ubuntu Clips]

Please find below some links to the latest versions of the start and end
slides based on the most recent round of feedback. The copyright and license
info has been moved to a seperate slide. With the extra room I've made the
copyright and license text large and I've added some large creative commons
icons. For the time being and as a placeholder I've left the copyright
attribution to Ubuntu Screencast Team since this is still under discussion.
