Help Menu Specification

I had a look at the spec and the proposed pagedesign. It looks very very
good.
Topics and commonly asked questions right there on the front page, that's
nice.
But what concerns the quality of the help people are getting that also has a
great deal to do with what is behind the "free or commercial technical
support" link.
That next page needs to, in a very simply way, explain the different kinds
of support there is, external documentation, support forums (LP or
ubuntuforums.org), and irc (And off course the commercial ones). And
explain, again in a very simple way, what source is suited for what kind of
problem.
