I had a look at the spec and the proposed pagedesign. It looks very very good.<br>Topics and commonly asked questions right there on the front page, that's nice.<br>But what concerns the quality of the help people are getting that also has a great deal to do with what is behind the "free or commercial technical support" link.
<br>That next page needs to, in a very simply way, explain the different kinds of support there is, external documentation, support forums (LP or <a href="http://ubuntuforums.org">ubuntuforums.org</a>), and irc (And off course the commercial ones). And explain, again in a very simple way, what source is suited for what kind of problem.
