bug #73384

I came across this bug
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kubuntu-docs/+bug/73384) today
as I was cleaning my bug mail folder up and am wondering what we as a doc
team can do if anything.  If I read this bug correctly there are no
translations included in the package kubuntu-docs?  Please correct me if
I'm wrong on that, but I think this is a bug that needs to be addressed.
