My understanding is that Mozilla refuses to allow the use of the
"Mozilla Firefox" name and logos for modified versions of the programs,
even when these modifications are minor (at least in the eyes of the
distribution). Thus, in order to avoid needing approval for changes,
Debian is moving to IceWeasel, which means Mozilla won't have any
influence (having already provided free copyright licenses).
I modified the page to remove the copyright reference, as trademark and
copyright are completely different issues and should not be confused.
