I've attached another patch. This preserves much of the old structure,
but merges all of the repository stuff into 'Packages, package managers
and repositories' and adds the new sections. Please let me know what you
think.

Also, does anyone have any ideas for further items to go into the
'Problems when installing or removing software' section?
