To be honest personally I think it makes sense to have adding and
removing packages in the same section, both for the advanced stuff and
for the basic methods. The tasks are closely related enough (involving
ticking a checkbox, or unticking it) and both require knowledge of the
same information about how Add/Remove works. But I don't mind hearing
what others think.
