Doc String Freeze moved to 21st

Hi!

Several doc team members talked today in #ubuntu-doc about the state
of the Edgy docs as the Doc String Freeze was yesterday. We all felt
like we could use more time for proofreading and getting ready for
translation (getting .pots and uploading to Rosseta). I talked to Matt
Zimmerman on IRC and gave the OK to move the doc string freeze to the
21st.

What we need to focus on is proofreading to get out typos (costly for
translations) and make sure all the yelp stuff Andreas has been
working on is good to go. Even though this is Edgy, we should still
strive for neat and polished documentation.

I'm not sure if Matthew East will be back by the 21st or not so we
should get set for announcing translations, I think, to
ubuntu-translators as well.

Questions, comments, flames?
