Suggestion for new Yelp front page

Attached is the patch to do all the previous stuff and reorder the docs
in the correct order.  The reordering is based on the scrollkeeper
seriesid.  I hope I've got these right (they're from my system).  You'll
need to check the numbers against the official omf's (ignore the
"scrollkeeper." part, just check the actual codes).

The order is:
"Introduction to Ubuntu"
"Working with your desktop"
"Working with our server"
"Getting more help"
"Contributing to Ubuntu"
"Ubuntu Packaging guide"

Other categories should be unaffected by the ordering.

The patch also changes the 2 captions as requested ("Home" becomes
"Ubuntu Help Centre" and "Variety of other applications" becomes "Help
for specific applications").

The patch can be applied to the yelp source using the command:
patch -p0 < <patch_name>
from the top source directory.
