It says "the member of the Ubuntu documentation project", who are legal
entities ok. The idea seems to have been that the copyright is vested in
the members, given that the members of the group changes from time to time.
I think it's sufficient for the group to have decided, as it did, to
change the license. If people think we should be more cautious however,
we could make an attempt to contact all previous authors. I'm not sure
it is worth it though.
