Edubuntu/ Firefox default page

Hi doc team,

A friend and I have translated the default firefox page. However, after
reading the wiki instructions, we got totally lost! :D

Could anyone please include it for us?

We used Latinamerican spanish and we noticed that default spanish
environment setting says -AR instead of -ES or just -LA, but still uses
English.
