Hi,

Ivoks of the Croatian translation team pointed out on IRC that "if file
has a write flag, it doesn't mean it can be deleted, just changed"

It's the directory that has to be writeable in order to delete a file.

It can be fixed by removing "or deleted" from line 606 in
getting-started.xml
