Done - commit #2683.

For now, keep sending patches to the list. SVN commit access will have to be
arranged by someone else, post haste. (Matt?)

Just a heads-up for sending patches to this list: the attachment limit is
only 50Kb, when you're doing a lot of editing it's not hard to exceed that.
Sticking a tarball on a website like you've done for this initial commit
works, though.

There's also a Docteam SVN Commit email list you can join, BTW.
