I still say that the main source of the problem is that there is no
enforced structure. No-one who uses it has a base-page which they are
always returned to - hence it's almost impossible to know how many links
away from x, y is. Also the wiki is very limited technically, I mean no
discussion pages?
My vote would be for a script which puts a one time, deletable link on
every user homepage which links to FrontPage, together with a link to an
explantion of why this has been done. Just the link for new users.
In my opinion that would begin to give the wiki some structure by saying
"everything must be located in relation to FrontPage, if you can't
easily find it from there something is wrong"

PS: I see no point in starting a new list for something which so far
rarely gets mentioned.
