Shouldn't we say _where_ these things can be done?

I suggest:
Your system, your way, easier
Sometimes you want to fine-tune you system, now you can enjoy a few new
tricks such as starting and stop services with a single click in 'System
-> Administration -> Services'. You can also see all your drives and
partitions in 'System -> Administrator -> Disks' and ...
