That's one I missed, we launch applications too, particularly in
add-applications.xml

I'd guess that 'start' or 'open' would be the most understood, with
'launch' being the least.

I didn't mean, 'should I file a bug?', but rather 'shall I amend
everything to the standard way'. If there's a policy to be decided on
first then I guess this should be left till dapper +1.
