Quickguide and Desktop Guide

Well as one of the original Kubuntu quickguide authors, I admit it
does overlap with the much more comprehensive desktop guide. I haven't
really had time to look at it, since I am quite busy at the moment
with work. If there is still time to integrate a lot of stuff from the
quickguide to the desktop guide, I support the initiative. As for the
freeze, if there is an aim to have kubuntu documents in rosetta or up
for translation through other means (pots), we'll have to respect
current freeze dates as we await possible changes to the sched. Hope
