Yes, a simple email sent to the ubuntu-doc mailing list will be the
best way to propose changes to the locked-down pages once the move is
made.  I have also subscribed myself to most of the pages linked-to
off UserDocDraft as well, which serves to notify me of any changes
made in the current Wiki.  As an additional step, I may ask place a
little banner at the top of the linked-to pages to request that
changes to the pages are proposed first through the mailing-list. 
Wiki Team members will be exempt from the rule.

As no negative responses have been fielded in regards to the
changeover, I will go ahead with the proposal after the special SABDFL
meeting this evening.
