Yep, you were clear :) Having just looked at the Breezy release notes, I
realise that there is nothing in them about upgrading, it only appears
to have been done for Hoary[1]. For breezy there was a wiki page[2], but
nothing on the website.

This should clearly be done _somewhere_ ;) The installation guide seems
like a reasonable place. Colin, any plans for adding dist-upgrading
information in there? I think a section in the Desktop Guide would be
appropriate too.
