Hi everyone,
I've updated the AddingRepositoriesHowto page for Dapper and moved the
Breezy/Hoary/Warty things to a subpage.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AddingRepositoriesHowto
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AddingRepositoriesHowto/Breezy
We're also linking to the Kubuntu sibling now
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KubuntuAddingRepositoriesHowto
****
Now, I think we could (and should) make it easier for people to find stuff
so..what if we renamed / moved the Repository-centric pages to something like..
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories/Ubuntu
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories/Ubuntu/Breezy
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories/Kubuntu
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories/CommandLine
****
There's an introduction to the concept of repositories on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Repositories
which unfortunately needs revision, too.. I suggest we could use it as a front
page for all things repository-related and link off of it.
..comments?

P.S. Oh, and I have a suggestion for the "Extra Repositories" section of the
Desktop Guide
http://help.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/desktopguide/C/extra-repositories.html
The very last instruction reads
6. To apply your changes, select Reload.
Perhaps we could make it read as follows:
The next time you use the Synaptic package manager, click on the Reload button
to make it aware of the new software repositories.
