Why not just work on the newsletter? It sounds absolutely perfect for
the marketing team, I'm really surprised that the team hasn't just got
involved with that.

There aren't so many resources in this community, consolidating one
project (the newsletter) is much more doable than trying to make two
projects work side by side.
