I think it is quite important to bear in mind that the switching from
windows guide should not include subjects that are in fact simply
general help. How to deal with a winmodem is something that all classes
of users need to know how to do: there is nothing about switching from
windows that is specific to this task.

If the Switching from Windows guide is expanded to include that, then it
will simply become an alternative help, rather than forming part of the
help system.
