As for explaining how to install LAMP on each page, I think it is the
better way to do it.  Since some web applications require different
packages in addition to the default LAMP stack, I think it is best to
just include the one apt-get install ... line for each different web
application.

As well some only require the mysql root password and create the
database themselves, where others need you to do it by hand.  Refering
people to a seperate LAMP page for that complicates things.

I guess the LAMP page should be more helpful to people who are
struggling with different versions of PHP and who end up breaking the
stack.  I will work on that.
