Categories on the new wiki

Just a thought on adding useful categories to the new help.u.c/c wiki - use
the sub-index pages off UserDocumentation, and create
categories based on those pages, to further link everything together.

I created CategorySecurity a few days ago, which matches up with
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Security nicely - note that categorization
of everything linked to off /Security hasn't happened yet.

Not every sub-index page will need a category of it's own, I think, but it's
as good a place as any to get us thinking about useful categorization of the
community docs.

(On a related note, we seem to have *four* encrypted filesystem pages, which
seems a bit excessive, but it's one of those areas I know nothing about -
could someone who knows that field review those docs off /Security and bring
some sanity to those pages?)
