There's lots of people getting into blogging, there's a real need for stuff
like this.

If the phpbb2-conf-mysql package is part of a regular Ubuntu repository, and
it seems to be, then providing people with better instructions that take
advantage of things that are already part of Ubuntu seems like a no-brainer
(as long as the instructions work).

I think ideally the general LAMP page should be accessible to absolute
beginners. Look at the SSH or Multimedia pages an an example - simple stuff
up the front in as few steps as possible, then more exotic stuff either down
the bottom or in a more specialized page for those that need it.
