switching to en as the default locale

I can't get it working.

I've built a package including desktopguide and installed it. 

The only thing i changed was to add lines with "en" in debian/install
where needed and to move ubuntu/desktopguide/en/desktopguide-C.omf to
desktopguide-en.omf (and updating its contents). Package builds ok, but
then the relevant entry doesn't appear in yelp on my system.

Are you sure scrollkeeper supports "en" like it should? This is my omf
file:

I'd assumed we'd be moving these two. But we should discuss quickly with
