I absolutely understand why you've kept it short. In fact I don't think
the section is really necessary at all: at the most all that is needed
is a brief note in an introductory section about the differences between
doing a server install and a normal install. But after all, the guide is
for Ubuntu users who have done _any_ install: ubuntu, kubuntu, server
etc, and we need to make that clear. I don't think a separate
"installation" section is needed though.

Yes, I didn't explain this well: what I mean is that I'd like to see
more _top-level_ sections, rather than just "Installation, Networking,
Windows Networking". I'm not sure what categories we could use though,
we can think about it :)
