Install Guide

On the wiki, it says that the install guide needs
people, and no work is done.  I have a (basic) start
of the install guide, in DocBook form; so there is
some work being done on it.  Kyral, iirc, is waiting
for the graphical installer to be done, but just to
clarify, we are _actually_ doing something with it. 
Neither of us, however, has svn access (which is
understandable because we haven't submitted patches.) 
When I get svn access, i will upload the basic install
guide that I've started, or if any other member would
like to upload it, that'd be good, too.
