Why is this needed? That's why each document has a table of contents. Only the wiki needs to be searchable due to the ever changing nature of it. If this really bothers people a localised google search adding would do the job well enough. The page just needs to be better laid out and more obvious to find (such as the link suggestion in my earlier post).
