Initially it was recommended to include gai. I assumed it was a
apt-get/synaptic counterpart. I could not locate any such application
though. If it is the case, we can remove this section from our server
guide.

We may explain /etc/apt/sources.list. What does /etc/apt.conf contain
? We may explain the content of /etc/apt/apt.conf.d ?
