Server Guide: Packaging

Hi All,

I've committed a good start to the Packaging section of the Server  
Guide, (rev. 2405) but I am unclear on two remaining subsections .

1) GAI - is this General Applet Interface? or some other GAI?  What  
kind of treatment does this subsection require?

2) Configuration - is this simply configuration of the repositories  
via /etc/apt/sources.list, or configuration of /etc/apt.conf, or  
both? Again, what needs to be discussed here?

Let me know these, and Packaging will be finished, and ready for  
review tomorrow.
