No we can't, afaik (although I'm not very good at docbook), but we could
use <emphasis>. This results in italics.
So, shall we go for italics (<emphasis>) or monospace (<filename>)? I
don't mind either way, Dean is certainly right to say that the former is
less weird, because a repository isn't a file.
