I like Moin, but my thinking is more about what documentation might be
included on a Live CD.  Since it's not writable, a wiki-based format
would seem to be a bit of overkill. I don't have any strong preferences
for a particular format.  My only concern was that the information is
provided in a way that does not require a network connection. However,
requiring a live CD to run any kind of server in order to view the pages
on it wouldn't be a great idea.  Whatever format is chosen, the documentation
should be readable with whatever client applications (browsers, pagers,
editors, etc) are shipped on a Live CD.  Wiki pages are sort of readable
as plain-text, I suppose, although there I'd want hard line wrapping,
in case someone's using "cat" to try to read stuff. ;-)
