Printed manuals?

It's not noise, it's umm...synchronicity. And if you look in Michael's
second post you'll see that there are several outstanding
questions/issues. Also, I saw in your original suggestion on the
-devel list the idea of just printing and binding the various manuals
and help documents from the distribution, since this is something that
can be done today. I would probably buy something like that. But then
I'm profligate.
