I see that you've created two topics in trunk/ubuntu/C for networking
and wintows networking - that's really wrong!! The server material
should all be under a single "server" topic (see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TopicBasedHelp/TopLevelCategories) and more
importantly, it will be used by ubuntu *and* kubuntu so it should remain
in trunk/generic.

Can you revert those changes?
