I'll leave the Kubuntu guys to comment on the content of the patch, but
have a read of the bottom few lines and you'll see there is a technical
problem! It's caused by the fact that your local copy isn't quite the
same as the version on the server - if you delete that file and do "svn
up", it will replace it. But, you'll have to make your changes again and
recreate the patch.
