Attached is a small patch the address Bug 72453.

Per prior discussions Disk Manager is gone and this was the suggested
tool for managing partitions that don't automatically mount.

Below is the jest of the patch.

Windows partitions should be automatically available from any Ubuntu
system. If they are not, you can make them available by first
installing then using pysdm (PyGTK Storage Device Manager).

   1.      Open Applications->Accessories->Terminal.
   2.      Type sudo apt-get update
   3.      Type sudo apt-get install pysdm
   4.      Open System->Administration->Storage Device Manager
