Question on changing docs for TBH spec

Jonathan,

The new_games.xml was just a play to see if that is how we wanted to go about 
it. I will be removing it shortly and working on the games.xml file only.

The way we discussed is to break down each subtopic into a <sect1>. For 
instance, I will have KDE Games as:

<sect1 id="games-kde" status="writing">
	<title>KDE Games</title>

and so forth. It is still a matter of playing by ear to figure out which way 
will be the best.
