Question on changing docs for TBH spec

I was looking last night at how things are setup and are a little confused
as to what needs to be done to make them different then what is currently
written.  For example in /kubuntu/C/games and see new_games.xml and
games.xml and maybe its something simple but I don't see a vast difference
between the two.
Can someone help me out what needs to be changed so I can start
contributing more :)
