This is good, but I haven't committed it yet, becase:

I don't understand this change - your wording is confusing because the
section the link points to does not in fact deal with scribus at all,
but applications generally. The original wording is basically what we
use for all applications. Do you think it is confusing?

When your patch is committed, you can change the bug status to "fix
committed". Then when we upload a package to Feisty, you or someone else
can change it to "fix released".
