office.xml.patch for bug 62694

Attached is a patch in response to bug 62694.

Jest of patch changes www.scribus.org.uk to www.scribus.org. Per
suggestion in bug report.

Also a slight proof reading correction.

Help on how to appropriately close the bug needed. Is that something I
do or leave for someone else? What is the correct etiquette to retire
a bug report?
