Here is a first attempt at contributing a very small edit to the
Ubuntu Documentation Project. I followed instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/Repository and per that
document I'm submitting my changes as graphical.xml.patch. THsi seems
an odd place to submit patches but that is what the documentation
says.

Basically I just added links to the Blender and the Inkscape projects
in the same fomat as the one already present for the GIMP.
